Gray Ghost Plantation
Gray ghost plantation is a family owned and operated hunting outfitter in Middle Georgia just 1 hour and 45 minutes south west of Atlanta international airport. This region of Georgia is becoming well known for trophy whitetail deer, the abundance of wild turkey and some of the best Georgia Quail Hunting in the state. We hunt 1100 acres of a mixture of planted pines, hardwood timber, ponds and food plots. The property is privately owned and operated. The property is managed for quality Whitetail deer, large flocks of Turkeys and Quail. We take pride in our quality management of whitetails, turkeys and Bobwhite Quail . To help us do this, we have food plots of high protein clover, soybean, corn, wheat, winter rye, off season feeders, as well as natural acorns from oak timber.
We offer Turkey hunting in the spring, Deer hunting in the fall and winter and Wingshooting during Quail Season. The spring turkey season is gun and/or bow and the deer season is split up for archers who want to get a head start on hunting season and we also cater to the rifle hunters later in the season. All the land we hunt is excellent for producing good whitetails and turkeys, because we and other landowners in the area also practice Quality Deer Management. Rates
Please call us for rates and availability on our quail hunting packages, all hunting packages include unlimited quail for your hunting party, there is no per bird charge, we will also clean and package your birds for you at no additional charge. We offer half day, full day and wing shooting weekend packages for personal or corporate events. We also provide lodging if needed in our new lodge.
All hunt packages include guide, dogs, License, bottled water and transportation from the lodge to the fields.
Rules: All hunter must wear a orange vest or hat during hunt. All hunters will be required to attend a brief safety meeting and obey all safety rules. All hunters must be 12 years old to hunt. Hunters between 12 - 15 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult with only one person hunting at a time.
Spring gobbler hunting package
Turkey hunting package includes:
A weekend hunt from noon friday to noon sunday includes one gobbler and lodging.
(additional gobblers are an extra $ 100 charge)
$750.00 per hunter, meals not included but can be arranged at time of booking.
All prices listed are per person. Deposits are 50% of the total price and are due when the hunt is booked. The remaining half is due when you arrive. There will be no refunds on deposits. In case of emergency you may substitute another hunter or hunt at a later date.

Accommodations
We have a new lodge to accommodate many hunters
We offer a New Lodge on the property with all the modern upgrades Hi-Def tv, wireless internet, and phones that sleeps from one hunter, or a corporate group of 8. Included is full kitchen, dining area, living room , bathroom with shower, exterior with barbeque pit, cleaning station for skinning and cleaning your game and an exterior fire pit for camp fires. Total occupancy for the Lodge is a maximum of nine hunters.
